CreaLog Milestones

CreaLog takes pride in its 25 years of expertise in telco applications, speech recognition and dialog design enabling complete voice control for companies and their customers. This is made possible by the integration of state-of-the-art speech and AI technologies such as speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), speech synthesis, speech transcription and speech analytics.

1993

On January 22, Michael Kloos and Wolfgang Rebert jointly found Crealog Software Entwicklung und Beratung GmbH. The first project is an order hotline for the mail-order house Neckermann.

1995

Voice Portal for the interactive TV show Hugo at Pro7. TV Gaming in realtime.

1996

At the Systems trade fair CreaLog presents the "CreaVoice SSP", a new product series with revolutionary speech recognition software.

First telephone banking system for the East German Savings Banks and Giro Association (OSGV), now S-Markt & Mehrwert.

1997

First voice portal for the customer service of the Pay-TV channel Premiere (today SKY Deutschland), with automated film order function available even last-minute before the program starts.

1999

On a CreaLog platform Mannesmann and Cyberlab-interactive/Burda create "mytalking-web", a system for reading out personalized web content like weather information and e-mail on the telephone - using text-to-speech output.

The DAB Brokerage Voice Portal goes live at the IPO of DAB-Bank.

2000

A CreaLog Voice Portal enables PAYBACK (today member of the American Express Group), Germany's leading bonus program, to provide 24/7 customer service.

2002

First ISO 9001 certification, later on ISO 14001 was added

2004

October 1, the auction TV channel 1-2-3.tv launches on a CreaLog platform with an interactive teleshopping concept, where customers determine their desired price via telephone, SMS or Internet.

2005

„Best of CeBIT 2005 Award“ for the TV auction platform 1-2-3.tv powered by CreaLog.

2007

TÜV Saarland certifies CreaLog's voice portal platform at Vodafone to be extremely resilient because, as one of the largest of its kind in Europe, it can handle 1,680 call attempts per second.

2009

A Service Center IVR is implemented at Angolas largest Telco UNITEL.

 

2012

In cooperation with two large partners CreaLog implements a contact center solution with central call distribution in a private cloud NG-IN environment. More than 100,000 employees and 20,000 customer care agents distributed all over Germany at a major federal authority use the solution ever since.

2013

CreaLog implements the largest Swiss speech recognition platform for multi-channel voting (Televote 2.0) for Swisscom.

2014

Ground-breaking Voice Portal for Germany's leading cable network operator UNITYMEDIA a Vodafone Company.

2015

Business process automation for Versicherungskammer Bayern: electronic insurance confirmation by phone and SMS

2015

Swisscom's new Mobile Voice Recording service based on the CreaLog Mobile Call Recording platform enables banks to record mobile phone calls in compliance with stringent FINMA laws.

2016

CreaLog and Versicherungskammer Bayern receive the German Stevie Award 2016 for their customer service solution.

Live-Demo at CCW 2016 trade show features state-of-the-art transcription of telephone dialogs.

2017

State-of-the-art customer service portal and mobile call recording for A1 Telekom Austria go live.

A voice portal for Netze BW relieves the control centers of the energy supplier.

2018

CreaLog Mobile Call Recording goes into operation at Deutsche Telekom in Germany and in six other countries.

CreaLog and it's customers Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom, A1 Telekom Austria and PAYBACK receive 5 German Stevie Award 2018 for their customer service and recording solutions.
