More than 200 guests celebrated the German Stevie Awards 2018 in a festive setting on May 27 at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin. CreaLog has been awarded the business prize five times.
Gold in the "Company of the Year - Telecommunications" category for the MiFID II-compliant mobile call recording solution, which is now available in ten European countries. Our MCR-solution has been successfully installed at companies like A1 Telekom Austria, Deutsche Telekom, POST Luxembourg and Swisscom.
A Silver Stevie was awarded to Mobile Call Recording in the category "Best New Product or Service - Software - Governance, Risk & Compliance Solutions".
A Gold Stevie in the category "Team of the Year - Information Technology" was awarded to the A1 Telekom Austria and CreaLog Team for realizing Austria's largest customer service portal with voice control.
The successful cooperation was also honored with a Bronze Stevie in the category "Customer Service Team of the Year."
CreaLog Managing Director Michael Kloos proudly received the 5 Stevies on stage together with representatives of A1 Telekom Austria, Deutsche Telekom, and Swisscom.
